ELIMU LIPA KARO NA MPESA SYSTEM
Elimu provides a system that connects Mpesa Paybill payments with all the student details in automated and real time reports. The system uses the school’s Paybill number and student records to generate detailed payment statements for the school. The reports provide the name of the student, the admission number, the class, the amount paid and the parents’ names. The school can generate these reports at any time.

The School Paybill Number and Bank Account Connection
The Paybill number belongs to the school. The school’s Paybill number is directly connected to the school’s official bank account. All monies paid via the Paybill number can only be accessed from the school’s bank account thus ensuring security and accountability of funds.
Our System’s Unique Work
The software manages the inflow of funds and allocates them to the specific student’s account. The software can be a standalone, whereby it can run on its own, where it can create statements for a particular student showing the way school fees has been remitted over time. The system also gives an SMS response to the parent with the complete student details whenever they make a payment.
In the period November to December, 2014, there is a waiver on the one-off system set up charge and the annual maintenance & service fee. The only charges levied are the system transaction fees.
